Two way communication

My article in the Powell River Peak on two-way communication is a topic close to my heart. You can read it here.

One of my favourite trainers, UK-based Chirag Patel, says "Listen to your dog's whisper so he doesn't have to shout." When our dogs "misbehave" it's usually because they are trying to meet a need. When we give them a voice, and listen to what they say, problem behaviours may disappear.
