The fee is $60.
You will be invoiced once the class fills. The fee is payable in advance via e-transfer to [email protected] or via cash or cheque the first day of class.
The fee includes: two group sessions; access to online material; and a $10 discount for future Best Friends group classes.
Classes are two weeks. First class is without dogs to learn the leash skills. Classes are one hour long.

CLASS POLICIES. PLEASE CHECK ALL TO CONFIRM YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING POLICIES: *

Female dogs in season may not come to class. Dogs may not participate in class if they are sick or recovering from illness. I reserve the right to decide that group classes are not the right fit for your dog if their behaviour disrupts class or poses a threat to the safety of other dogs and people in the class. In this instance, I will apply a credit from your payment to be applied towards private training. Dogs must remain on leash. Please do not allow your dog off leash during class, or when walking to and from your car before or after class, unless instructed otherwise.

COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS. PLEASE CHECK ALL TO CONFIRM YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING PRECAUTIONS ARE REQUIRED: *

Please stay home if you are sick. If you are unsure, err on the side of caution and stay home. I will apply a credit for the missed class(es) in this instance. Please stay home if you have been in contact or possible contact with someone who is sick or has been diagnosed with COVID-19. You must quarantine for two weeks and be free of the virus before coming to class. I will apply a credit for the missed class(es) in this instance. Practise social distancing - two metres apart - at all times. Wash your hands and use hand sanitizer frequently. If working indoors, use the hand sanitizer provided before entering the building. Masks must be worn at all times. Do not touch other people's dogs. Limit the number of people attending class. Outdoor classes are limited to two people per dog and indoor classes to one person per dog.

BEST FRIENDS DOG TRAINING AND BEHAVIOUR LIABILITY AND IMAGE WAIVER. PLEASE READ AND CERTIFY YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BY ENTERING YOUR INITIALS IN THE BOX BELOW. *

I/We agree to hold the organizer, the organizations of Best Friends Dog Training and Sandy/Sandra Middleton doing business as Best Friends Dog Training and Behaviour or Best Friends Dog Training and the said Sandra/Sandy Middleton and the said Best Friends Dog Training and Behaviour including its members, agents, volunteers, assigns, officers harmless from any claim for loss or injury which may be caused or may be alleged to have been caused directly or indirectly to any person or thing by the act of this dog while in or upon the event premises or grounds or near any entrance thereto, and I/We further agree to hold the aforementioned parties harmless from any claim for loss of this dog, by disappearance, theft, damage or injury, be caused or alleged to be caused by the negligence or alleged negligence of the parties aforementioned, or by the negligence of any other person, or any other cause or negligence causes. I/We hereby assume the sole responsibility for and agree to indemnify and save the aforementioned parties harmless from any and all loss and expense (including legal fees) by reason of the liability imposed by law upon any of the aforementioned parties for damage because of bodily injury, including myself/ourselves or on account of damage to property arising out of or in consequence of my/our participation in classes, however such injuries, death or damage to property may be caused and whether or not the same may have been caused or may have been alleged to have been caused by negligence of the aforementioned parties or any of their employees or agents, or any other persons. I/we also profess that the dog(s) entered are not currently deemed to be dangerous, vicious or aggressive except for Deemed dogs based solely by Breed Specific Legislation. I/We agree to Best Friends Dog Training and Behaviour and Sandra/Sandy Middleton, including its members, and volunteers taking and using photos and/or video of these training sessions for the purpose of education, advertising and research, or other purposes to be included at the sole discretion of the aforementioned parties. We reserve the right to cancel the registration and refund the money for any reason. Refunds are otherwise granted if requested in writing three days prior to the first class. There is no refund for missed classes.
