Please complete the registration form below. This form gives me information that is important for understanding your dog.
The fee is $175 for six 1.5 hour classes. Price includes a small scent kit for practising at home.
Payment must be made prior to class via e-transfer to reserve your spot. Requests for refunds must be made at least 7 days prior to the start of class so that we can try to fill your spot. Refunds are subject to a $20 processing fee.

CLASS POLICIES. PLEASE CHECK ALL TO CONFIRM YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING POLICIES: *

Dogs may not participate in class if they are sick or recovering from illness. I reserve the right to decide if the class is not the right fit for your dog if their behaviour poses a threat to the safety of the people in the class. In this instance, I will apply a credit towards private training. Dogs must remain in the car between turns. You are responsible for the health and safety of your dog in the car. Dogs must remain on leash unless otherwise directed by the instructor. This includes walking to and from your car during, before, and after class.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY. PLEASE CHECK TO CONFIRM YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE. *

You must cancel with notice of 7 business days or more for a refund. This gives us time to fill your space. Refund requests are subject to a $20 service fee for processing.

COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS. PLEASE CHECK TO CONFIRM YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE: *

Please stay home if you are sick, have tested positive for COVID-19, have symptoms of COVID-19, or are in close contact with someone with COVID-19.

I understand participating in Best Friends Dog Training and Behaviour training services and activities is not without possible risk to myself, dog(s), property, or other people. I assume the risk of any damage or injury incurred to any person, animal, or property during or as a result of a dog training session conducted by or on behalf of Best Friends Dog Training and Behaviour Trainer(s). I agree to make known any and all training, behavioural, and health problems or concerns that I am aware of at the time of registration or become aware of at any time during training. I assume all responsibility for the actions of myself and my dogs(s) at the time of service and in the future. I acknowledge and understand success in training depends on the interest, commitment, and cooperation of the humans living with the dog(s) as well as the dog's general disposition and capabilities. I understand there is no guarantee the dog(s) will achieve the desired level of training, despite the best efforts of Best Friends Dog Training and Behaivour. I declare I am at least 18 years of age and competent to consent to the Agreement. I acknowledge I have carefully read this Agreement, understand its contents, and agree to be bound by its terms. I specifically understand that this Agreement includes an assumption of the risk of Sandy/Sandra Middleton's negligence and a release of Best Friends Dog Training and Behaviour's liability..
